JOB SUMMARY
Provide the transportation of residents to and from hospitals, dialysis centers, rehabilitation centers, medical offices in a safe, secure, and professional manner. Ensuring patients are comfortable and safe during transit. Assist Activity Department with activities, transportation to events. and outings.

QUALIFICATIONS
Transporting residents utilizing company vehicles in a safe and professional manner
Current Certified Nursing Assistants Certification in MS
Current/active CPR certification
Valid State Driver’s License
Must remain insurable by hospitals insurance agent.

Hours-to be discussed during interview (must be able to be flexible Monday-Friday and some Saturdays if needed)
